Terms of service

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing AAACE Towing & Roadside Assistance, USRoadGuard LLC, AAmerica Towing & Roadside Assistance, and AAmerica Mobile Mechanic Services.

By requesting, scheduling, or accepting our services, you agree to the following terms:

- You authorize our technicians to take photographs and video recordings of your vehicle before, during, and after service for documentation, quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution.
- All dispatched service calls are subject to a 1-hour minimum charge of $185.00 per hour. Additional time will be billed accordingly.
- Once a technician has been dispatched, the 1-hour minimum charge applies, even if the service is canceled after dispatch or declined upon arrival.
- All dispatched service fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- Customers agree to provide accurate vehicle information and a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if a customer behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner.
- We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by inaccurate customer information, pre-existing vehicle conditions, manufacturer defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By calling us, requesting dispatch, or allowing work to begin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
